If you're interested in becoming a rep for The Aesthetic Agent, contact us at with your details and experience. Reps earn commission on their clients' orders and have access to a dedicated dashboard for tracking sales and commissions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and instant EFT via PayFast — a secure South African payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery to major city centres takes 1–2 business days. Regional and outlying areas may take an additional 1–2 days. See our Shipping page for full details.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order for retail clients. Wholesale accounts may have minimum order quantities depending on the product and your account tier.
Can I return a product?
Yes, if the product is unopened and in original packaging. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect item. We do not accept returns on opened consumable products for hygiene reasons.
