2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. Different account types (Retail, Doctor, Salon, Clinic, Rep, Supplier) have different access levels and pricing.

Wholesale and professional accounts require verification of credentials. We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend accounts at our discretion.

3. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product information, pricing, and availability. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors. Product images are for illustration purposes only.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through PayFast. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your chosen payment method. Orders are confirmed via email.

5. Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the final price. Wholesale and professional pricing is available to verified account holders only.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect packages upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened products in original packaging. Opened consumable products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of The Aesthetic Agent or its licensors. Product brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Aesthetic Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
