International shipping is not currently available. For bulk or wholesale deliveries, please contact us directly.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our courier partner's website or in your account dashboard.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theaestheticagent.co.za. We will arrange a replacement or refund. Products must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for return.
